Breakfast buffet in the Safari Room...whilst we prepare your cooked breakfast. Your selection of:
- Fruit salad
- Granola, muesli, all-bran flakes and Special-K
- Greek yoghurt
- Honey
- Nuts, seeds and berries
- Selected marmalades, jams or conserves
- Toasted breads
- Fruit juice

Your choice of cooked breakfast served to you in the main dining room (you'll be asked to give your preference the night before so we can prepare):
- the inimitable full Scottish breakfast including fried egg(s), bacon, mushrooms, lorne (square) sausage, tattie scone, baked beans, tomato, haggis and black pudding medallions. [let us know whether to omit any of the above or they will all appear on your plate]
- A veggie version of the full Scottish is also offered: veggie bacon, eggs, tattie scone, veggie sausage, tomato, beans, mushrooms (and veggie haggis if available)
- Scrambled eggs filled croissant with your choice of accompanying bacon, sausage or smoked salmon
- Croissant or bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon
- Scrambled or poached eggs on toast with smoked salmon and (if available) avocado
- Omelette with your filling choice: cheese, mushrooms, chopped bacon, ham (try haggis?)
- Spanish omelette of spring onions, red bell peppers, chilli flakes, baby spinach, baby mushrooms & vine cherry tomatoes with a sprinkling of grated cheese
- Poached eggs on a bed of sliced avocado & baby spinach
- Sun dried tomato, feta and basil omelette







by bacon and tattie scones will do just fine!
