My thanks to the host... read more Gus who gave us lots of recommendations for food. We took a trip to the kingarth Hotel one night (10 min drive from Rothesay) for food and we really enjoyed the blackboard menu - mussels, haggis etx. Great weekend and we even managed to get to Ibrox for a Rangers match much to my father's delight!

					  Beautiful guest house - I had a wonderful trip to Rothesay staying at the Highlander for 2 nights. The room, in fact the whole house, was beautiful. The bed was amazingly comfy and I... read more enjoyed 2 amazing nights sleep. Breakfasts were outstanding with quality products used. 

I went to Rothesay for some relaxing time away and thoroughly enjoyed my weekend. I recommend going to the guided tour of Mount Stuart which was really interesting.
