The location is perfect with panoramic views over the bay and a garden to sit and watch the sun going down , only a short walk away from the ferry .
If you want a relaxed holiday with an excellent choice of good quality food , beautiful accommodation , excellent value for money go no further than Highlander House

Would definitely recommend staying at this lovely b & b nothing is too much bother

Gus provided a warm welcome on arrival with a delicious... read more cup of coffee, then continued to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our breakfasts were perfect and the beds and rooms, top notch. I've stayed in many places before on Rothesay but this one beats them all. Everything provided is to a very high standard and in my opinion a deluxe delight, not to be missed when you're visiting the beautiful Isle of Bute. Highlander House is a treat for the senses, from the overall ambience, your host's welcome and the delightful grounds with sea view, I don't hesitate in recommending you visit here soon.
